REFUND POLICY
We want you to be a 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange the products purchased, please ship back to us with 30 days of receiving it.
Only unopened, unused products in its original packaging will be accepted.
No product will be accepted if it has been opened or used, unless if it is defective.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If the order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible and also file a report with the delivery carrier. We will replace the order for you at no cost.
Once received and processed, the credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
